Installing Debian Linux On The Nokia N810 Internet Tablet
Following closely behind the Android simple install earlier this month, users over at Internet Tablet Talk have setup an easy way to install Debian Linux – the full desktop – on the Nokia Internet Tablet. Not to miss out on the fun, I decided to give the Debian a go on my Nokia N810. To note, you’ll need about 1.3GB of free memory on either the internal memory or a removable memory card. After the installation, you’ll still have 1GB free, but you need to have it all free for the installation process. You’ll also need to have the mytube application installed, so that you can get Python2.5 and Python 2.5-gtk2 installed on your tablet.
i wonder if running that in fluxbox or openbox would be any faster
