HTC Hero: Flash In The Browser
phandroid.com – I test flash in the browser by visiting 5 flash heavy sites on my laptop and then on my HTC Hero and seeing how they render.

wow, flash really sucks on it.
@luke,,,,,,,,,LMAO how about an hourglass dumb****
That “sand… ticking… thing” … It’s called an EGG TIMER
That looked really good to you…it looked like crap to me…
double tap the flash inbed on the page and it will automatically fit the screen in widescreen, no need to zoom in.
opera mobile
im sure skyfire will make an android version so it wont really matter.
my touch pro 2 using skyfire handles flash way better and faster, flash on the hero is looking like a major fail.
I love android, but the HTC flash player sucks. What bugs me is that this would have been the perfect gimmick for the mytouch! Even though the experience is less than impressive, T-mobile could have touted the mytouch as the smartphone with flash. Whatevs.
Skyfire isn’t a true Flash Experience People!!!! Its merely just like using VNC for a browser. It drains your battery quick and requires constant server assistance while the browser is maximized. I want a flash experience that’s native to the phone. Not some remotely rendered flash content that I’m only watching a crappy video stream of.
Did you try it playing a Youtube or vimeo video?? Thanks!
I NO RIGHT, and he said this is the first time flash has been witnessed on mobile at this level…it’s a lie….skyfire has been out since like 07/08 and it works with all wm phones 6.1 and over and symbian from nokia
skyfire still rulezzzzzz………….this is OBVIOUSLY LAGGY….SKYFIRE HAS PREFECTED THEIR TRADE.
can we play zynga poker texas holdem in facebook with this phone?
SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW

I use wifi tether from g1 onto laptop
Meh, it’s not bad.
Slow xD
lol that sucks
Nice, for a phone!
The Miniclip game wouldn’t play because it was probably shockwave and not flash. What is YouTube like on the Hero?
we call that “hour glass”
double click for full screen
Nice flash…but it looks maaaaaaad SLOOOOWW
